SIA Ring Baltic is a branch of Ring Mekanikk AS in Norway. The venture came to live during the first half of 2003 and had by April 1st. its first employee. The establishment came through via co-operation with SIVA (Norwegian State Industrial Development Corp.) and HeB Consulting.

SIA Ring Baltic is a part of Ogre Business Park. The formation of Ogre Business Park was started in 1999 and, by SIVA, and Ogre was chosen to be the most suitable location for a new industrial site. Ogre is situated about 40 km east of the Latvian capital Riga and has approx. 27 000 inhabitants. The Business Park was established and registered in Latvia, and its activities range from the formation of the park and attracting tenants, to further management and development of the park. The new Business Park i situated in the industrial area of Ogre with well-developed infrastructure, approx. 700 m from the Riga - Daugavpils highway.

The production halls that now is Ring Baltics home, was built in 1989 and 2006 and the old one were originally used for re-rubbering of tires. It has now been renovated and modernized to comply with national demands on Health, Environment & Safety.

In addition to the production halls there is also modernized offices with an own meeting place. These are the administrators of SIA Ring Baltic:

The production facility is fully equipped for  Welding, Assembling and Powder Coating. Our experiences so far are very positive. The quality of both "men and machine" are first rate!

The productions lines are dimensioned in such a way that we from time to time have extra capacity.
