Ring Mekanikk AS have invested in a new pressline for installation primo February. The pressline comes from Zani, completed by a decoiler unit from Cattaneo, both well distinguished Italian Companies.

This investment means increased capacity and room for more work.

The Zani AR 315 2MB20-25 is a decelerating ram press, 3150 kN, with optimum blanking and coining capacity with exceptionally high operational output. It comes with a modified double knuckle-joint, ram speed reduction and compact epicyclic brake-clutch unit.

These qualities gives us benefits such as constant cutting speed, burr reduction, better spring back control, minimal wearing of tools and noise reduction.

Technical specification: table length and width 2000 x 1250 mm and maximum tool height 600 mm.

Cattaneo decoiler units technical specifications: Rm 400 N/mm2, maximum width of coil 500 mm, maximum thickness 5 mm and maximum weight 2000 kg.
